Saving cat file in termux

I was using termux in my android and i tried to use cat command to save some text and save it but i am not able to save the file after writing some text in it .In unix and linux i know we can save the file using control+d but how to save the file in termux after writing something to it . I am currently using MOTO G4+.

This adapters works perfect on Windows but I need to use on my development machine based on Ubuntu 16.04.
