how can I access up-router by port forwarding?

I have two routers.
first one's ip "192.168.1.1"
second one's ip "192.168.2.1"
the second one is R7000 with merlin firmware. and it can access from wlan.

now I can access phone3, phone4, phone5 through port forwarding.
It's ok.



How to access router1??
