Load partial XKB configuration

Clash Royale CLAN TAG #URR8PPP 0 I'd like to modify my keyboard so that when I do Ctrl + NUMPAD<2> (well actually Caps lock as I reversed Ctrl and Caps-lock using KDE's configuration) it sends a down key without any modifier. How to do that is not the purpose of this question (maybe latter after several tries), but for now I just try to understand how XKB works, and it seems that I can't just load a "partial" conf on top of the existing one. Indeed, I don't want to play with the user layout (I don't mind if he is using qwerty, azerty... I just want to configure the numpad). So is it possible in XKB to load a partial configuration from a file? Thanks! xkb share | improve this question asked Jan 28 at 23:05 tobiasBora tobiasBora 249 2 11 add a comment  |  0 I'd like to modify my keyboard so that when I do Ctrl + NUMPAD<2> (well actually Caps lock as I reversed Ctrl and Caps-

Is it meaningful to distinguish a one-object category and its opposite?

Clash Royale CLAN TAG #URR8PPP 2 $begingroup$ As in the title, for a category with only one object $mathcal C$ , $mathcal C^op$ seems the same with the original one but I still believe there is a difference between them, can someone give an example where $mathcal C$ and $mathcal C^op$ play different roles? Thank you in advance. category-theory share | cite | improve this question asked Jan 28 at 20:01 Display Name Display Name 449 2 12 $endgroup$ $begingroup$ Consider the natural numbers as a semigroup with binary operation $x ⊕ y = x$. Then $0 ⊕ 1 = 0$ but in the opposite semigroup $0 ⊕ 1 = 1$! $endgroup$ – Musa Al-hassy Jan 31 at 0:31 add a comment  |  2 $begingroup$ As in the title, for a category with only one object $mathcal C$ , $mathcal C^op$ seems the same with the original one but I still believe there is a difference between them, can someone give an example where $mathcal C$ and $mathcal C
