Varnish failed to run

I have a problem with starting vanishncsa. after rebooting a VM, the varnish daemon does not start or even enable.



here is the log:



 [root@respina ~]# systemctl status varnishncsa

This adapters works perfect on Windows but I need to use on my development machine based on Ubuntu 16.04.
