How to extend /dev/md0 root partition on Debian?

I have a Netgear ReadyNAS Pro 4 (Debian 9). I installed some apps like Radarr, Sonarr but after some weeks my NAS became very slow and later unreachable.
After I made some free space on the root partion it started working again but the space left is very little. How can I extend this partion? or clean it? I don't really know what is taking so much space.
There are 4x 2TB Disk in RAID 5.
output of # df -h
output of # sudo mdadm -D /dev/md0
output of # sudo cat /proc/mdstat
debian partition root nas resize2fs

Use du to decipher which files are taking up your space.
