Is there any way to know when Centos VM was suspended inside VM?

I have Centos VM on Hyper-V.
And I want to write script that will restart some service inside VM after VM was paused by hypervisor?
Is there any way to make VM know whether it's been paused? Or may there is way to attach action to this event?
