Virtualbox Ubuntu 17.04 cannot connect to the internet

I have no Internet access on Ubuntu 18 Virtual box. the networking setting are attended to : NAT. I tried to switched to "the bridged Adapter", but it is disabled in my case,i.e there is nothing to select.

Title says 17.04, in the question it's Ubuntu 18, in the picture Linux Mint 19... ?!?!

Beside, even more important, what OS is the host, since the host (and virtualbox here) is in charge of the connectivity to internet?
