Initially, I installed FreeNAS 11.2 RC1, in i7 Core, 8GB RAM, 12TB (4 TB X 3 HDD) with FreeNAS's RAIDZ2, it worked really good.
Now, I bought the following server, installed FreeNAS 11.2 RC1. After installation the storage is not showing the SMART RAID Storage which in Having HP Storage Controller. I tried configuring different RAIDS and different Volumes in that storage, still the FreeNAS could not able to find it.
1) HP Proliant DL380 G7
2) 12 GB RAM
3) Intel xeon(R) X5650-CPU 2.67 GH, 12MB processor
4) System Disk - 150 GB x 2, 6G SAS
5) Storage Disks - HP storage works P2000 (each G6 SAS 7.2k)
a) 2TB x 12
b) 4TB x 12
c) 4TB x 12
6) RAID Controller- HP400I smart controller
7) Broadcom net Xtreme -
4 x 1G connectors
1 Management port
node1 - 1G interface
node2 - 1G interface
How can I make sure that FreeNAS identifies my storage and work on that?
