I installed a package named "quantum_espresso code" in openSUSE 12.2 (x86_64) using MPI Intel64 and it was installed properly without any error. Now, when I execute the code I am getting an error "pw.x: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.14' not found (required by pw.x)"
But, there is already (GNU libc) 2.15 installed.

And what is the question? 2.15 != 2.14, and both of them are very old. More info: stackoverflow.com/questions/42433530/…

So, My question is that if there is already updated version GLIBC_2.15 why code asks for old version GLIBS_2.14. Is there any way I can use the installed GLIBS_2.15 for the code instead of old one. I donot have root access in this case. So, if there is any way to solve this situation as user it would great for my problem.
