Where is my Linux Mint grub, and why doesn't my computer detect it when booting?

I am trying to install dual boot Linux Mint on my Windows 10 Dell PC. I booted Linux Mint off of a USB drive, then I ran the Install Linux Mint program inside of Linux Mint itself. Once prompted by the installer, I partitioned my hard drive and let the automatic install do everything else. Once I tried to restart to complete the process, Mint froze and I had to do a hard reset. And now my computer does not see Linux Mint as an option for booting. My hard drive is still partitioned, however. Based on what a friend told me, it seems like Linux Mint IS installed on my computer, but for some reason the Grub is not in the right place, or at least my PC is not recognizing/detecting it during the boot process. Any idea on how to diagnose and/or fix this?

Thanks.
