OCSERV installation

I am trying to install ocserv vpn on a centos6 OS. After all installation method and configurations, I faced bellow error when attempt to run it:
> [root@server ocserv]# service ocserv start
> skipping 'pid-file' config option note: setting 'plain' as primary
> authentication method GnuTLS error (at tlslib.c:1132): Base64
> unexpected header error.
> [FAILED]
Is there anybody can help me?
