Hi I am currently doing a unix module at university and I have basically no knowledge of unix and i need to print only words that consist of 3 characters, however the word document is a list (01.,02.,03. etc), could anyone help enter image description here

This adapters works perfect on Windows but I need to use on my development machine based on Ubuntu 16.04.
