Command to change the port of the audio output device

I would like to create a shortcut to switch between the port of my audio output device.
For now I do the following unproductive clicking: click to my audio mixer at the left bottom of my screen and to change the port from "headphones" to "speakers".
Is there a command which does this stuff so that I can create a shortcut to switch between "headphones" and "speakers"?
