I am trying to install Manjaro on my older AMD machine.

I installed the latest version of Manjaro a few weeks ago and I am now trying to get it to boot up on my desktop and laptop but nothing happens. I know I must first copy the contents of the disk to the USB file sudo dd bs=4M if=/path/to/manjaro.iso of=/dev/sd[drive letter] status=progress
after having formatted it with gparted and making it a FAT drive. Before that though I found out that I probably need the .iso image to be iso hyrbrid so I tried doing that with isohybrid via syslinux-utils and I get this error message:

main@main-GA-78LMT-USB3-6-0:~/Documents$ isohybrid -v output.iso
catalogue offset: 159
ve[0]: 1, cs: 1
ve[1]: 0, cs: 1
ve[2]: 0, cs: 1
ve[3]: 0, cs: 1
ve[4]: 0, cs: 1
ve[5]: 0, cs: 1
ve[6]: 0, cs: 1
ve[7]: 0, cs: 1
ve[8]: 0, cs: 1
ve[9]: 0, cs: 1
ve[10]: 0, cs: 1
ve[11]: 0, cs: 1
ve[12]: 0, cs: 1
ve[13]: 0, cs: 1
ve[14]: 21930, cs: 21931
ve[15]: 43605, cs: 65536
de_boot: 136
de_media: 0
de_seg: 0
de_sys: 0
de_mbz1: 0
de_count: 4
de_lba: 378
de_mbz2: 0
isohybrid: output.iso: boot loader does not have an isolinux.bin hybrid signature. Note that isolinux-debug.bin does not support hybrid booting

Why there isn't this or the documentation on how to preform a USB installation more straight forward and assertive? As far as I am concerned I can't install manjaro because the .iso image is not isohyrbid.

Well I installed a minimalist version of ubuntu and it turned out to be trash.I hopped onto my Linux Mint install on my thinkpad and it literally not only runs faster, makes more sense, is easier and more UTILITARIAN in its navigation but I was able to make a mountable iso for the usb in 1 click.
