I'm getting an issue using the default player playing videos, vlc works ok.
I've tried installing restricted packages and it went on successfully.
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
[sudo] password for sam:

ubuntu-restricted-extras is already the newest version (66).
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 19 not upgraded.
but the video looks like this
the audio does play.
