How do I kill process when there is not enough memory to allocate?

In SSH I was experimenting with screen and now I can't run any commands. It will display me -bash: fork: Cannot allocate memory error. Looking from cPanel I see that Number Of Processes is 50/50, but physical memory usage is on 6%.



I can't restart server as I don't have reboot/restart button in my server management panel.
