When I look at the output of df -h online it is displayed in columns.

On both the mac and ubuntu, it displays in one long line as below.

Filesystem Size Used Avail Capacity iused ifree %iused Mounted on /dev/disk1 465Gi 456Gi 8.3Gi 99% 2521383 4292445896 0% / devfs 184Ki 184Ki 0Bi 100% 635 0 100% /dev map -hosts 0Bi 0Bi 0Bi 100% 0 0 100% /net map auto_home 0Bi 0Bi 0Bi 100% 0 0 100% /home localhost:/wxaKEGClLCjIu4YNfkIs7R 465Gi 465Gi 0Bi 100% 0 0 100% /Volumes/MobileBackups /dev/disk0s3 620Mi 553Mi 67Mi 90% 72 4294967207 0% /Volumes/Recovery HD

Is this something to do with Terminal settings or the command options?
