CSF Blocks My Country When It Shouldn't

Ubuntu 18.04 VPS. Server is in the US. I am in the US as well. Confirmed my own IP is a US address. CSF is up and running properly. I must have a configuration issue but couldn't figure out. Could you help? I need to give access to ports 22,80,443 from any US IP address and block the rest of the world. Following options (copying relevant lines only) block myself as well.
