Routing to Internet From Virtual Box VMs

I have set up 3 VMs with Lubuntu. Host machine is Ubuntu.

VMs have static IPs: 192.168.56.101 etc
Host is 192.168.100 for Virtual Box. All can ping ok.
Network is 192.168.56.0/24

Home network is 192.168.1.0/24

Host machine can ping both networks OK.

How do I set it up so VMs can reach the internet? A NAT network on Virtualbox? What should the NAT network address be?
