PC SMART HEALTH CHECK Linux Mint 19

My SMART test report says there are 13 bad sectors without identifying them. The PC is slow. When I converted to Linux from Windows I gutted the HD so only 6% of the HD is occupied. Is there a way to find out why PC is slow?
