I got a docker container running Debian stretch:

PRETTY_NAME="Debian GNU/Linux 9 (stretch)"

When i try apt list -a curl
I get

Listing... Done

curl/stable,now 7.52.1-5+deb9u7 amd64 [installed]

curl/stable 7.52.1-5+deb9u6 amd64

I need to get libcurl/curl 7.59 or higher because apparently there is a bug in lower versions for what i do: https://github.com/dotnet/corefx/issues/28241

Is there a way for me to install a higher version of libcurl without building it from sources? The links to binaries here: https://curl.haxx.se/download.html only lead to lower versions for stretch
