I'm running Manjaro 17 with Mate 1.2 (currently newest versions of both). All panel applets are cropped. Whenever I try to add a new applet or change the applets, even if I change their size, they remain cropped. I've tried using a different theme and different icons. I've tried setting custom CSS with the GTK Inspector but still no luck.
My machine does have a High DPI screen (3000x2000) but I don't think it's a scaling issue. The only changes I've made are to the font (San Fran Pro) and added a Mac esque theme but the same behaviour existed before I made any changes. Attached are some screen shots which display the cropped applets.
