I've installed tidy and in phpinfo() I have tidy in list of modules with author, but no configuration section with options. I have file /etc/php.d/20-tidy.ini but it's not on the list of files in "Additional .ini files parsed" section, where there are other ini files.

I've restarted apache but it take no effect and php give error that tidy function is not defined.

Got this in terminal:

$ php -m | grep tidy
tidy
$ php -i | grep tidy
/etc/php.d/20-tidy.ini,
tidy
tidy.clean_output => no value => no value
tidy.default_config => no value => no value

Tidy is available in php cli but not when accessed from apache.

How can I install tidy php on Fedora 27?

UPDATE #1

Rebooting the system fixed the issue.
