Eclipse Project Explorer window from menu

This is the suggested way to get to the "package explorer" or "project explorer":
Normally, you get it from going to Window â Show View â Other, and
then select it from the list.
Surely there's a faster or easier way to bring up that window? The icons are unusable for me.

Both those views are in the list shown by 'Window > Show View' in your first image - no need to click on Other. Generally you open one or other of these views and never close it.
