Reinstall broken packages on debian 9, but can't find an archive for it?

I've installed mysql-community-server, and I think this package was interrupted while installing , So after this action happened I haven't be able to install any package , and the Gdebi package installer display error Software index is broken as follow :

and also synaptic package manager give me the following error :
E: The package mysql-community-server needs to be reinstalled, but I
can't find an archive for it. E: Internal error opening cache (1).
Please report.
So I need to reinstall mysql-server to be able from working with mysql,
Any help please,
