KDE Plasma battery applet does not update status

I'm using KDE Plasma 5.12.
The battery indicator doesn't update if it's charging or not.
When I charge on boot, it says it's charging although I stop charging.
Also, when I don't charge on boot, it says it's discharging although I start charging.
Although I updated acpi and upower, it doesn't work.
What's the problem and how can I fix this?
