I read quite some sshfs & sudo posts but this is unclear to me.

if I mount a remotes servers filesystem into a folder on my local system, how do I do a remote sudo?

ssh adam@superhost.com ~/remoteserver

Now lets say user adam needs to sudo to change some files on the remote host. How do I sudo?
And what if sudo requires a password on the remote host?
