'ip route show' showing network interface linkdown and not getting dhcp ip on the kvm guest machine

I am having this issues for long time, I am not able to fix this issues. Would someone please help me to resolve this network problem.
I have two different network vendors NIC is attached with the kvm host, management port is getting dhcp ip but SmartNIC interface nfp_p0 and nfp_p1 showing linkdown, created bridged interface but not getting dhcp ip, both the SmartNIC interface is configured static ip. How can I enable dhcp on SmartNIC interface and able to create bridged interface?
