While booting, mouse shows up in but screen doesnt update from the shell running on startup. i can move the mouse but the shell is stuck right before Login screen should show up. When i try to login on another login shell, the passwords fail for my 2 user accounts but not for root account. So i got in root and ran pacman -Syu installed latest nvidia driver and some linux 419 header but the problem remains, still no access to either of 2 user accounts and frozen on first login with mouse. I tried running passwd from root but it still didnt accept the new password when i retried to login on any user. I killed X and sddm processes from root and ran them to which sddm showed up perfectly but rejected any users passwords.

I havent found almost any info on google about this aside from No users can log in I am afraid either keyring or something got corrupted. My filesystem is Luks ext4 and is less than 50% full.
