I'd like to add sources in Puppy Package Manager

Is anybody knows which file had to be modified and how to ?

.deb files are install without dependencies

I'd like to use Eric or Minetest for examples but missing in PPM

I don't understand README-add-repo file:///usr/local/petget/README-add-repo.htm

/etc/apt/sources.list and ppa were familiar to me (https://launchpad.net/~minetestdevs/+archive/ubuntu/stable)
