Keep page caches for specific device

I have build a Debian GNU/Linux box that I use as a NAS server. The system is installed in a USB stick. I have lots of RAM and almost no application running.
I would like the kernel to (almost) never discard page caches that belong to the USB stick. That is, once a file is read from the stick, I would like it to be kept in memory and never read again from the stick.
What is the recommended way to do that. [yes, I know... you will recommend me not to do that... :-)]
