I'm trying to ask "How much is the hotel for one night?"
After doing some reading online, I've come to two answers. But I'm not sure which one is correct.
ã“ã®ホテル㯠ã„ã£ã±ã ã„ãÂÂら ã§ã™ã‹。
and
ã“ã®ホテル㯠ã„ã£ã±ãÂÂ㌠ã„ãÂÂら ã§ã™ã‹。
Is the ãÂÂŒ needed?

That ãÂÂŒ is not needed. ã„ã£ã±ãÂÂã„ãÂÂら is an example of the "X per Y" pattern which does not require ãÂÂŒ. You can also say:
- ã“ã®ホテル㯠ã„ã£ã±ãÂÂ㧠ã„ãÂÂら ã§ã™ã‹?
(㧠marks a "condition") - ã“ã®ホテル㯠ã„ã£ã±ãÂÂã«ã¤ã ã„ãÂÂら ã§ã™ã‹?
(~ã«ã¤ã explicitly means "per ~")
Using ãÂÂŒ may be not be entirely wrong, but I feel it's less natural than the other options.
