How to disable right-click menu on LXDE?

I'm making a kiosk OS with Lubuntu 16.04 and I need to disable the menu that it shows when I press the right-click button over any part of the screen.
I deleted the mousebind right-click actions in lubuntu-rc.xml file and rc.xml file.
What am I missing?
