I've installed Oracle Linux Server 7.5, then installed weblogic, infrastructure, business intelligence 12.2.1.2. I installed products based on this tutorial. Everything goes well until it comes to starting all servers.

there you can see installing stops. I checked the logs and saw that the server called "obips1" can not start.

This adapters works perfect on Windows but I need to use on my development machine based on Ubuntu 16.04.
