How to update/upgrade to 4.11.12-100.fc24.x86_64 or latest FC version from 4.5.5-300.fc24.x86_64?
I tried 'yum -y update' to update all but it is still 4.5.5-300.fc24.x86_64. Do I need to upgrade or other actions?
fedora upgrade

You should really upgrade to a newer version of Fedora, 24 is no longer supported.

Fedora 24 has been end of life for some time now. You must instead upgrade to a supported release (currently 27 or 28).
