How to adjust tap-click strength on Synaptics?

I was trying to adjust palm rejection on my Xubuntu laptop and I messed with those two commands synclient PalmMinWidth (set to 8) and PalmMinz (set to 100, then back to 200 as it didn't help me). It's fine, but now some touchpad taps (that work as left clicks) don't register anymore, I believe I have to tap them a little harder. But I tried to revert the changes and nothing changed. What commands can I use to change this?
