Most time consuming tasks for System Admins when working with Linux? [on hold]

I am curious to hear the most recent opinions from Linux System Admins out there as to what repeated tasks take up a lot of their time? I am familiar with Sys Admin pain points when working with windows, but not with Linux since I am still early in my career path.
