Does anyone know if any unix filesystem exists where opening of the file to write would require additional efforts like presenting pass key? Presumably it would be protection against of windows ransomware trying to encrypt user's files in location mounted via NFS to windows desktop.
filesystems windows nfs

Do you really want to require a pass key every time that a log record is written, when your DHCP lease is renewed, when your .bash_history is updated, etc.? Also, you ask about Unix file systems and then specify NFS. Which are you actually asking about?
