I am using a laptop with a connected monitor. I have arranged my primary monitor (laptop) underneath the secondary monitor (external monitor) as follows:

Everything is ok, I have my Windows List on the bottom monitor, dash on the bottom monitor, top bar on the bottom monitor. However whenever I mounted a disk or saved a file on desktop, they all appeared on the top monitor (secondary) starting from top left.
Is there a way to fix this? That is, to make all the new additions (icons, folder, drive, files etc. all saved to my primary monitor (at the bottom)?
