How to deactivate the kwin pointer confinement on Plasma 5.12.5 LTS

Hello I use KDE's Plasma 5.12.5 LTS with Wayland and sometimes it will tells me:
Pointer motion confined to the current window. To release pointer hold Escape for 3 seconds.
So, it is really annoying, and I want to deactivate it because it sometimes stops completely my mouse movement (on Blender) and have to keep the Escape button and then within 3 minutes is stacked again.
