When I talk about generic, I mean something easy adaptable for show generic json/xml/filesystem representation without invent ui hacks again, as it's done in nerdtree, tagbar or vimfiler.

There is a ton of problems which can be solved easy with such primitive:

  • Displaying debugger locals

  • Code outline view

  • Any hierarchical structure exploring in general

I've found only one most likely dead solution: https://github.com/ManOfTeflon/nerdtree-json-bak. And it's design isn't clear. Please, tell me that I just bad googler and show me cute, reusable solution, if it is.

Thank you in advance.
