Qgis and qtdesigner4: /lib64/libQtWebKit.so.4: undefined symbol

I am trying to launch two programs but there is a problem with /lib64/libQtWebKit.so.4
qgis:
qgis: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libQtWebKit.so.4: undefined symbol: _ZN10QSslSocket16staticMetaObjectE
designer-qt4 (with designer-qt5 does not happen)
designer-qt4: symbol lookup error: designer-qt4: undefined symbol: _ZN12QApplication10commitDataER15QSessionManager
Currently, I am on Fedora 29. These are the version of qt installed
> qtchooser -list-versions
4-32
4-64
4
5-64
5
default
And these are the enviroment variables for qt:
> printenv | grep QT
QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=0
