Run pppd with custom MAC address?

I want to run multiple PPPoE accounts on my Linux machine but unfortunately, each PPPoE account requires a different MAC address and my machine only has 1 Ethernet interface (buy another adapter is not an option).

I managed to run each account separately by changing the interface MAC address but I couldn't stack it because I can't set the ppp interface MAC address to run multiple accounts that I have, although it's possible to run multiple PPPoE accounts if they don't require a specific MAC address to login on my machine.

I don't know if this is possible or not because I haven't found anyone on the internet talking about stacking PPP, also the pppd tool don't have a way to set custom MAC address neither.

Thanks!
