Sort folders before files for only a specific directory

In Ubuntu 16.04 LTS is easy to sort/not sort folders before files. In Files program, by selecting Edit > Preferences, just mark/unmark Sort folders before files, as shown in the figure below.
The problem is that this option has an effect on all operating system directories. How to mark/unmark Sort folders before files to just a specific directory?
