  • Why is Kali Linux so hard to set up? Why won't people help me?

    5 answers

I made a Kali linux installation medium using rufus, and live works only in forensic mode. And all other modes like install isn't working.

It has to be UEFI:

This is what happens, every time

And his happens. I tried DD and iso, both the same result.

Your problem is independent from the method, how do you create your installation medium.

Your Kali is clearly installable and it boots.

The problem is with your graphics driver.

A workaround is to install it in VESA modus. With it, you lose 3d acceleration and your image quality won't be the best, but at least it will work.

A vga=ask will help a lot. You might also try to switch to a character console (alt-ctrl-f1), and check your /var/log/Xorg.0.log. Check, which driver is it trying to use and use a different one.
