zsh - Unwanted characters on pressing enter from previous commands [closed]

Here is what my z-shell looks like. It keeps repeating the input from the previous commands that I had entered before, and I have to keep pressing Ctrl-Q for removing the input from the terminal. Not really sure why this happening. Below is the image for what is really happening, and my .zshrc for reference.
