Galaxy S3 mini set to MTP+ADB but Debian 9.6 can not see the usb connection [closed]

9.6 Debian of any flavor works fine with other phones, and the Galaxy S3 works on Windows 7. But Debian can't detect Galaxy S3. However it is temporarily detected if plugged in during a clean expert installation as a usb mass storage device.
