my script is
`echo 'CPU:' | ps -eo pid,%cpu,pmem,vsz,time,command --sort=-%cpu | head -1`
echo 'VSZ:' | ps -eo pid,%cpu,pmem,vsz,time,command --sort=-vsz | head -1
but I dont know how to write the cpu, vsz, mem, time
on the side with the TOP on the top corner
The result table have to show like that :
TOP---PID---%CPU--%MEM---VSZ---TIME---COMMAND
%CPU:---11111---2.2---4.4---1290292---00:08:30---chrome
VSZ:---22222---0.0---1.6---1074225880---00:08:35---gnome
%MEM:---3333---1.9---9.1---4264488---16:52:40---gnome
TIME:---4444---1.7---9.1---4264488---16:52:40---ghome

I've formatted your code examples. If they're not what you intend (and they do look rather strange) please edit your question to correct them

What programs are you allowed to use? awk, sort, cut, sed, tr, head?
– Mark Plotnick

echo,ps,head,tail

The first column of the expected output looks awkward. You have a row that starts with '%CPU', which is then followed by data that is not related to CPU usage. Can you clarify your intent for using this format?

Yes I know but this is why I ask the question if somebody know how to displays the first column. Its a exercise in one of my course
