I'm drawing a blank on what it's called, the system menu? The tray menu? Basically the thing that you get on Windows when you press the Windows key. I'm on a keyboard that doesn't have a windows key.

$ lsb_release -irc
Distributor ID: LinuxMint
Release: 18
Codename: sarah

If I move the mouse to the bottom of the screen the taskbar won't show up because I have a full-screen app running, Kodi.
