Connect to PEAP Access point directly on cli

I'm working with node-wifi npm module and for Linux thez use nmcli connect ...
But I want to use this plugin on Eduroam network that requires a PEAP Authentification.
I search things about nmcli connection with Peap but all that I see it's only with a configuration file. Can we connect directly with a long CLI command ?
